Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 11 m old boy5 years agoA. nasal saline drops does not cause any type of side effect because it is saline water that is salt water and if it goes inside the nasal cavity it goes inside the oral cavity also to decrease cough and cold as well as wash away secretions
