#AskTheExpert hello Doctor, When is the right age when we can start giving the babies Cow milk. Our twins are 13 months old. (were 1 month premature) Right now they are on baby milk powder and need about 400ml each daily. Mainly dal-rice, dal khichadi, Rawa kheer, mutton soup etc are their diet.

Yes you can give now
Limit milk to 500 ml aday
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potatoes mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
