#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, what's the mouth hygiene routine to be followed for 4 year old baby? how can we stop cavities from forming? can the existing cavities be treated for milk teeth as well or should we let the teeth fall on their own?

A. hello mam you should start brushing the kids teeth twice daily with kids area property and limit the number of snacks you are giving to your baby the cavities of the milk teeth should be addressed as early as possible. as the cavities of milk teeth can affect the permanent teeth

A. hi well ,for good oral hygiene ,I advise to brush your child teeth, twice in a day. use soft bristled brush like Babyhug brand brush for your child. use baby friendly toothpaste which should be free from sls. and use toothpaste in pea size amount. avoid giving sticky and sugary food frequently. keep your child well hydrated.
