#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, what medicine can be given to a girl of 4.5 years who sometime have stomach ache and have loss of appetite? my pediatrician advised to give dosage of neopeptine two times of day

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestajytion gastritis gastroentefritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
