#asktheexpert hello doctor, what is the remedy for my child from a constipated stomach? He cries before passing the stool. I give him lactulose solution sometimes

A. hi parent please give luck warm water for drinking please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc
