A. meet dr worm infections are not very common before one year of age. if you take care of regular hand washing as well as preventing dirty things from going inside the oral cavity of the child then this problem will not occur. it is advisable to take help of a doctor who will tell you whether the child isx suffering from worms problem. usually medicines are given as a single dose and very rarely as a multiple dose
