AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom These are prickly heat rashes. Keep the skin clean and dry and make your baby wear comfortable clothes. Give bath to ur baby daily. Apply lacto calamine on it. It will be fine. Take care
