A. Hai good morning !! By 3-4 months babies start social smile smiles back,listen to words ,known voices so you can speak ,sing/hum . Reacts to sounds so you can check whether reacting to sounds,stares at moving objects,bright colours swing toys,ratttles with sounds will attract them you can play by showing them,peek a boo hiding face and opening ... Holding baby fingers,give your hand/finger to hold ,do cycling exercies they excites while doing cycling exercise.
