ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 2 years old now as you are covid positive and baby is also having cough there is a chance that he might have got same infection.but watch for a fever of high grade and give lots of liquid and fruits and vegetables in diet
