#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor!! My stomach is too loose after delivery how to get recover this? please advise.

A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly. walk for half an hour daily avoid sitting for prolonged hours

A. Hi, Exercises are the only way and good and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body. Start with easy yoga exercises and slowly go with hard ones. Have healthy and nutritious food.
