#AskTheExpert hello doctor...my son who is 2 years old has motion sickness..He vomits whenever we travel in a car. We have to go out of station which is a hilly area ,,on 18 Feb . Although most of the journey will be done by train but still we will have to move in taxi for around 2-3 hours. What precautions can be. taken to avoid vomitting so that he stays calms and happy.

A. the problem of motion sickness usually decreases with increasing age of the child but many times you may have to prevent motion sickness by travelling less during the initial phase of life you can give syrup ondem that is vomiting medicine one hour before travelling whdich will help in decreasing the problem other motion sickness medicines are usually given after consulting doctor
