#AskTheExpert hello doctor my son s 3.4 year old, till date I m giving formula milk Enfamil. is tat good? will it effect? I don't have that much interest on cow milk.

Stop giving formula milk to ur baby..
Start to give cow milk or buffaflo milk..
These are rich in calcium and protein. U can give different varieties of milkshakes, add honey, jaggery, dry fruits powder to the milk to make it more healthy
