#asktheexpert hello doctor, my son is one year old, he is biting nipples so hard that blood is coming out. how to stop doing that? it is so painful that I'm scared to breastfeed him.

I do understand your concern so best solution for your problem is to use a nipple shield as when the kids start to have their teeth it’s a very common thing to be seen with kids to behave like this okay so it would be good for you using a nipple shield whenever you’re feeding the child that will help in protecting your nipples from the bite
