#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, my son is going to be 3 in June but still he is not speaking. He doesn't even addresses me as mumma but sometimes he use to utter some words like chiya for birds cha for tea sometimes maa that's it I am bit worried what to do?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. is your baby making eye contact following your commands coming when called then you need to just keep encouraging and he must be saying it released few words like by syllabus if not consult with a speech therapist
