#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, my son is 8 months old now, from yesterday he is having cough, when we went for checkup he was having less cough, so doctor prescribed to give him bro-zedex drops, but seems that his cough is still increasing. Request to please suggest what should we do now ??

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant whyith antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

A. U Should continue with the medicine prescribed by a doctor also going to advise you are the very same time start nebulising your child that helps in melting down the congestion from the system of the child and it becomes easier so I think you should nebulise along with medication that you are giving two times in a day
