#AskTheExpert hello Doctor my son is 7 years old. he is suffering from fever last 1.5 months. Doctor says for blood test. His Absolute Leucocyte Count ( lymphocytes) is low (2.72) in blood test. what is the problem to my son???

A. that's Lymphocytopenia.. low lymphocyte or white blood cells may be because of many reasons, like autoimmune disease, anemia, chronic blood infection, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis.. and many more, good to consult ur paediatrician .
