ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. The sound present during feeding is mostly when baby is not able to drink the milk properly either due to gas in stomach or due to wrong feeding position.
So hold in correct position comfortable for baby and give 3 to 4 burps after each feed.
consult with your pediatrician if needed for examination
