Baby food must be soft, properly cooked and easy to chew.
Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Yes,Start with khichdi a week or two after your baby has adjusted to simple rice cereal and mashed rice. Wash the rice and dal well and soak them in water for about half an hour.
