#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, my son is 5 years running now and he's very thin , he weight 13.7 only.. please give some suggestions how to make him a little bit healthier than he is now? thank you so much

A. Hi tey with pediasure it's good actually. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy.
