Every time while having food or after food and early in d morning as soon as he wakes up. He is 19.5 lbs. No health issues. Anything to worry???

A. hello it the child is frequently having motion then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too and also give fluids well on the diet
