#AskTheExpert hello doctor my son is 4 months old .. he doesn't sleep at night.. he has a problem of gas and Entire night he just cries.. I have to give him paracetamol to induce sleep... can u please help me and advice what I should do??

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. itni the colic gas. Gas and stomach pain is very common in babies till 1 year of age . Proper burp after the feed will help in this and gastica drop 2 to 3 times and meftal spas drop if pain is there may be used.
