#asktheexpert hello doctor, my son is 3yrs 9 months old, still his sleep is not sound. we are not giving him phone, trying to make him sleep by 10.30 by he doesn't sleep.

A. hi well, sleep is natural thing yes, enough sleep is required for Healthy growth of child but sometimes kids can have less sleep but if it is not affecting it him or her I mean if child is growing well, showing no discomfort then no need to worry
