ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. reasons can be vary and can be guess after personal examination. There are numerous potential reasons for a speech delay/disorder and a professional / speech therapist will be able to lead you in the right direction.

Your child is already three years of age not speaking at all then the first person that you should visit is going to be a speech therapist the doctor may have to run certain test to figure out what is the issue and according to that they can figure out the issue and solution can also be suggested
