#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, My son is 2 yr 8 months. For past 10 days he is facing problem while getting fresh. The potty is coming very tight and because of that now there are rashes in his anal area. Because of that he is in lot of pain while going for potty. Please suggest me what medicine or what cream to use for rashes and for stomach ache. So he could get fresh easily. Thanks.

Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give more water fibre rich food fruits vegetables juice papaya pear banana carrot whole grains milk products
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
It will correct soon
No need to worry
