Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor My son is 2 month old. When he was 1month old we noticed red rashes with white spot on his face. Day by day white patches spread so we consulted with a Doctor. Doctor told that he has Seborrheic dermatitis on his face now red rashes are not there but white patches are there & said that it will take time due accumulation of maternal hormone. As a 1st time parent we are a bit worried. Please suggest is it normal & what kind of precautions we should take care of that

A. Hey! We understand your concerns, but you need to be patient and persistent in your efforts for this. Complete the course of treatment as advised by the doctor and they should be a gradual improvement in the condition with time.
