A. for gastric colic you can give collicaid/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed is helpful.cyclic motion of legs also relieves . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. usually in babies of 1 to 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed due to acid reflux which can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not ove//r feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.
