There are variety of foods that can be introduced in baby's diet after 1 year. you can give foods like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, fresh juices, seasonal fruits, veg sandwich, veg cutlet, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, legumes, ghee, besan and beetroot cheela, pan cakes, waffle, omelette, boiled eggs, chicken and fish curry with rice, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, seasonal fruits, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, dalia, milk etc. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, coconut water, etc.
