#asktheexpert Hello doctor, My son is 18 days old, he is having running nose since a week. Doctor gave T manic tonic and few remedies like steaming, holding upwards and saline drops. No big improvement. Is T manic recommended now, if yes how many ml to give. What else has to be done to reduce the cold. Is it normal for a new born to have cold/ running nose? Please help.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. running nose cold because of weather conditions change baby will get give steam inhalation use Nasoclear saline nasal drops use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back and feet and gently massage at bed time
