#asktheexpert hello doctor, my son is 16 months old. I feed him in every 2 hrs. he eats 7 to 8 times a day. I give him 2 times sattu, fm, khichdi, 2 times cerelac, one time apple and one time roti. I need to know am I feeding him too much. plz reply.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom that’s fine , but try to divide Into 3 main meals and 2 time snack and inbetween your feed or formula that you are giving .also include some seasonal fruit and vegetables
