#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, my son is 1 year old I just want to know how much milk intake should be there at this stage and what kind of cheese can I give him?

A. Hi Mom Limit milk to 500 ml a day Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food
