#AskTheExpert hello doctor... my son hez 3.4 he easily catches cold n cough hez is a picky eater resulting being very thin n weak... plz let me knw how to increase hez immune n help him in gaing weight

A. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations. many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections. it is very common that children will chave a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever before 5 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this probclem will go away. get the child vaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem
