#AskTheExpert hello doctor... my son has loose motions from past 3 days we have visited the doctor and was suggested to give Racedotril 10mg sachets 2 a day... we used but now we see the motion count has not reduced but the pattern has changed to pellets form... he is also having bad rash (pic attached) please suggest

Complete medicine course prescribe by doctor
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas
