#asktheexpert hello doctor. my son has a sensitive nose and throat so he very frequently catches infection. he has had six bouts of viral since July. I do nebulisation but even then infections don't stop from flaring up. how can I strengthen his immunity?

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician1 Year agoA. Make sure that your child is practising proper hygiene practises. He should keep on washing his hands as frequently as possible. Also start fruits and vegetables along with salads as these are natural immunity booster.
