#asktheexpert hello doctor. my son has a sensitive nose and throat so he very frequently catches infection. he has had six bouts of viral since July. I do nebulisation but even then infections don't stop from flaring up. how can I strengthen his immunity?

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician10 months agoA. Make sure that your child is practising proper hygiene practises. He should keep on washing his hands as frequently as possible. Also start fruits and vegetables along with salads as these are natural immunity booster.

best to give turmeric milk once in a day
turmeric contains natural properties like antimicrobial ,antiseptic , soothing etc so its best to give to your child
