#AskTheExpert Hello doctor my son 5years 3months old .he often catches cold and cough and gets chest congestion. how to boost his immunity so that he doesn't get cold and cough often .can you suggest some home remedies and which fruits that should be avoided in cough thanks

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral rein the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inharlation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
