#AskTheExpert hello doctor, my name is archana, my daughter aarohi almost 2 yr now. shes having delay with speech. she only speaks one by one word.please give some solutions .

Talk directly to your toddler, even if just to narrate what you're doing.Use gestures and point to objects as you say the corresponding words. ...Read to your toddler. ...Sing simple songs that are easy to repeat.Give your full attention when talking to them.

mam ,kids at the age between 18 to 30 months who can understand well but can not have expressive vocabulary are considered as late talkers.
so don't worry it is normal.
just keep communicating with your child more.
play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child.
it will definitely help.
but never force your child and never expect perfection at a time.
