Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello doctor.. my daughter is underweight 13 kgs at 5 years. however she is active and not very fussy about food. should I start any supplements to increase her intake. thanks in advance.

A. yes dear.. diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. you need to start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. Hi, Since baby is underweight so definitely you should start giving some health supplement. I would suggest to give "Calcimax-P" supplements from Mayor company. It includes calcium, zinc, vitamin D3 etc. I have my son till he completes 4 year. Give other home made food.
