#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, my daughter is turning 12 months old on 3rd May 2023. I am using MMS formula milk since her birth whenever required. We are using stage 2 and will end up when she completes 12 months. I would like to ask whether stage 3 will be used further or we can stop giving formula milk now. and what would be alternate options in case we stop MMS formula milk. will appreciate your advice. Thank you.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Kids this age don't need special toddler milk or formulas, which contain added sugars. Toddlers can get all the nutrition they need by drinking cow's milk or a fortified soy drink and eating a variety of solid foods.
