#AskTheExpert . Hello doctor. my daughter is ten months old and is unable to sleep at night. she has very troubled sleep at night which is taking a toll on my wife and me. We've built a routine for her sleep and tried everything but doesn't seem to help. please suggest what can we do to help get sleep through the night.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. gas to is. Gas and colic is very common thing in babies . Proper burping should be done after feed . Gastica drop 1 m l can be given to baby 2 to 3 times in a day for this .
