NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby compltes 6 months and if the breastmilk is not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk which would ne safe and not q problem but nothing else can be given till one year
