#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, my daughter is 6yrs and 4 months old but not a single milk tooth of hers has shed off yet. Is it a matter of concern?

A. milk teeth start shading between the age of six to seven years so you can wait till the age of 7 years for the milk teeth to shed but a dental visit is very important once every six months

A. Its Absolutely okay the process can start any time after the age of five years and can go up to the age of 12 year so you can easily wait if your child does not start having its teeth fall in a year or so then you can consult a paediatric dentist inches that maintain oral hygiene properly
