#asktheexpert Hello Doctor, My daughter is 6 years old. She had undergone Tonsillectomy and Adenectomy in Feb 2024. From the past 6 months she is suffering from sever cough during night time. Is this due to surgery, and is this going to last for long period like few years.

A. Cannot be certain about it whether it is because of the surgery or just because of the weather change so for this you will have to take a confirmation with your Doctor Who operated the child get in touch with your paediatrician for a physical assessment of your child
