A. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity zthen you have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivsity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

A. Siri is better to check with your doctor because the sink and probably be due to some infection or some problem associated with the skin of the child so once they check it they will be more sure about it and accordingly they can help you with a solution to the problem
