#asktheexpert hello doctor my daughter is 4 yrs and doctor recommended to have some additional nutrition milk mix which one is best ?

A. You can make a dry fruit powder at home and that is going to be better to be given to the child instead of going ahead with any powder that’s available in the market because at the end of the day what you give at home by making something fresh at home is going to be much healthy
