Q.

#AskTheExpert hello doctor, my daughter is 4+ months old, for the last few days she refuses to drink milk through my nipples, I am feeding her.. although if suck up my milk in a different cup and then make her drink through a dropper or spoon she drinks or while asleep if I make her drink milk.. she is drinking but when in an active manner or playing that time ahe completely refuses to take my milk. I don't know how to deal with it, kindly advise me.

A. hi it might happen because of fast or low milk supply. so please check it if it is fast then keep your child Head slightly elevated while feeding so he can latches well or express some milk before you offer direct breastfeeding. try to offer Feeds at gap of 2 or 3 hours try different feeding positions
