#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, my daughter is 4 months old and soon she completed her 6 months of age. my concern is what should I first feed her because she is now on brest feed . please guide me about 6 to 8 months and 8 to 12 months.

A. first feed solids to start with dal water rice water ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot papaya pear sapota banana apple remember one new food one at a time
