Cough and Cold together along with thvve symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection mostly like flu so supportive treatment is required. along with that cough expectorant along with decongestant and antiallergic medications are needed. steam inhalation can be given too as it will relieve the symptoms.
