#asktheexpert- Hello doctor, my daughter is 2 years 8 months old and she is suffering from fever from last 4days. Fever drop after giving her medicine but her body temperature always remain 99degrees even after giving medicine.Plz suggest what should be done

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p.
kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and meet the doxctor immediately.
