#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, My daughter is 2 month old, she poops green colour. I give her lactogen -1 formula milk and mother feed also. Is green poop normal or a problem for her?

A. Yes it’s normal in formula fed babies so if the consistency happens f the motion is normal then nothing to worry and keep feeding the baby well on regular intervals and burp after feeds

A. no problem.. your baby is on formula milk then it is also normal . Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop. Continue with that formula milk. If the stools are soft and easy to pass, than it's normal n not any problem.. u

A. Green baby poop With formula-fed infants, it's normal for baby poop to be a greenish-tan color. Sometimes the iron in baby formula can cause dark green baby poop and isn't a reason for concern. Green baby poop can also signal teething or that baby is getting over a stomach bug.
