#AskTheExpert hello doctor..my daughter is 1year 3mnts old she can’t do potty properly she puts lot of pressure while doing..pls advice

baby is constipated, having hard stool..
keep baby well hydrated..
give plenty of waters.. fluids..
give coconut water rice water butter milk lassi lemonade..
give fibre rich food as papaya apple pear..
give curd daily for good digestion..
avoid maida suji rusk banana rice if baby is constipated..
