A. occasionally it's fine
Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products.
give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

A. Hello mom one year onwards you can give everything that is available in your kitchen but giving these things on a regular basis and in excess again lead to chest blockage of Haldiram Bujia giving once a while in little quantity is okay but you are not supposed to give it every time your child demands it because it will definitely block your baby is the chest
